With the positive reception of Vinita from clients (the villa has been fully rented from 2001) and in the press (Departures Magazine, 2003), the commissions of Zografia and Zetouna quickly followed.
In 2004, Rahdy moved to Corfu to design and oversee construction of the Votana Bay Villas project, a series of 6 bespoke villas on a sweep of overgrown grazing land near Avlaki Beach. After the successful completion of the Votanas Bay projectin 2009, Rahdy left the island to relocate to London.
